The DRUMOHR brand goes back to a long tradition in Scotland. Its origins lie in Dumfries (south-west Scotland), with the company J. A. Robertson & Sons, which was already making knitwear and hosiery in the late 1700s.

In 2006 DRUMOHR was taken over by the Italian Ciocca Group.

Since then, production has taken place in Italy, combined with the aim of preserving the Scottish heritage.

DRUMOHR highlights its heritage, its history and its connection to exclusive circles.

The brand's website mentions fans including the British royal family, the King of Norway, famous actors such as Audrey Hepburn and James Stewart, and Gianni Agnelli (the industrialist), who are said to have worn or appreciated DRUMOHR.
